3-DAY ORIENTEERING RELAY

July 3 - 5, 2003

ÄHIJÄRVE, ESTONIA

INVITATION

Orienteering Club ILVES is founded in October 1978; that was the first specialized orienteering club in Estonia. The club has orientated its activities towards organizing of top orienteering events in Estonia: Ilves-3 (individual multiday) in spring and ILVESTEADE (relay multiday) in summer. The jubilee relay, XXV ILVESTEADE will be held in South-Estonia in the territory of Karula National Park. Thanks to picturesque landscape and higher biodiversity, Karula Upland is highly appreciated for orienteering- and nature-lovers.

NB! XXV Ilvesteade will be in the previous week before the Junior World Orienteering Championship 2003 that will be held on July 7-13; the event centre of Ilvesteade will be just about 60 km from JWOC landscapes.
