3-leg relay for men and women teams. Each team can have one substitute member. Groups on the same courses:
D21, D18 (born 1983 and later), D35-45 (born 1966 and before),
H21, H18 (born 1983 and later), H35-45 (born 1966 and before).
3-leg relay for HD50+ mixed teams:
- At least one member is born 1946 or before, and the other members born 1951 or before;
- At least one of the members is a women.
Each team can have two substitute members. Courses are different levels.
3-leg relay for HD10-14 mixed teams:
- At least one member is born 1989 or later, and the other members born 1987 or later;
- At least one of the members is a girl.
Each team can have two substitute members. Courses are by the different level: 1. leg - middle difficulty ; 2. leg - elementary; 3. leg - easy.
Competition for the children up to 10 years. The run is bared with scheme, marked distance method - line through the controls. On the scheme there are the numbers of the controls and the legend. Distances are 500-600 m long. Some help on the distance is allowed. There will not be making note of the results. Small awards. Registration at the time of Ilvesteade. Group start at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 23.

SPORTident electronic punching and timing system will be used. Each team must have at least two SI-cards. The same card may be used by the 1. and 3. leg. The order of SI-card using has to be same every day. Starting with the wrong SI-card will result in disqualification.
In the competition centre will be a demo-control for testing of the SI-card.
The start area will be opened for the competitors of the 1. leg for 20 minutes before the start. The competitor have to clear and check the SI-card in the start area. Both actions are correct when a visible / or audible signal will be given. In emergency the new SI-card will be given by the officials.
The competitors of the 1.leg must be in the start area at least 5 minutes before the start. The competitors begin their course via the K-control after the start signal.
When punching at the controls, by placing the SI-card in the hole on top of the control unit, the competitor will know that it has been registered with a visible and/or audible signal from the electronic control unit. The competitor can punch repeated times at a control, but only the first one will register in the SI-card. If the electronic punch is not registered on the SI-card there will be manual punches on the control mount that can be used in the reserve boxes on the map, R1, R2, R3.
On each day two different finish lanes. The left lane is for the competitors of the 1. and 2. leg, and the punching will be done at the finish line. The right lane is for the competitors of the 3. leg and the punching will be done after the finish line. The finich time will be fixed by the officials at the moment of the acrossing the finish by the competitor.
After the finish punch the information from the SI-card will be "emptied".Those competitors who have used a manual punch have to inform the finish offcials.
The hired SI-cards have to be returned to a finish official as soon as they have been emptied on the last competition day. The caution money will be returned at the competition office.
Each competitor can take the result list with the finish and split times leaving finish area.
The marking to the competition centre begin from the Tartu-Räpina road (to the direction of Mooste) on the 1.-2. day; and from the Tartu-Räpina road (nearly Ahja) and from Himmaste on Põlva-Mooste road on the 3. day.

Accommodation. The tent camp in Mooste - 10 EEK per day. The floor accommodation in Mooste - 30 EEK per day. Catering. There will be buffet with several menus in the event centre.
Competition maps are created in 2001. Maps are created in 2001. Scale 1:15000 for the groups H21 and D21, and 1:10000 for the groups DH10-14 and DH50+ on the 1. and 2. day. Scale 1:10000 for all groups on the 3rd day. Equidistance 2.5 m. There is the first use of the area for the orienteering competition on the 3. day. Equidistant 2,5 m. Control descriptions are printed to the front side of the maps.
Control time. The team gets a result if all members of the team finish before the closing of the finish. The results of the competitors of the 2. and 3. legs started from the group start will be added up to the result of the team.
Distribution of maps. Competition maps will be given out the 2. and 3. day after the group start for unstarted 2. and 3. legs.
Numbers. All competitors have to wear official numbers in the start. Numbers will be available at the event centre. Competitors who have lost their number can buy a new one at the competition office (10 EEK).
Parking is free on the 1st and 2nd day. There is the one-direction traffic - please follow the marking! On the 3rd day is the parking fee 10 EEK.
Prizes. The best teams in the groups are going to reward as follows: D21 - 4; D21/jun - 1; D21/vet - 2; H21 - 6; H21/jun - 2; H21/vet - 3; DH10-14 - 3; DH50+ - 2.
Results. Each competitor can take a result list with the finish and split times, leaving finish area. Provisional results will be displayed in the event centre during the competition. The official results will be displayed on the result board in the event centre at the next day, the official results of 3rd day will be displayed at the end of the competition.
The official results will be published in the journal "Orienteeruja" and in the OC Ilves home page http://welcome.to/ok_ilves.
Retirals. have to go through the finish or inform the finish officials immediately.
Terrain. The majority of terrain has a good to medium runnability. There is mainly pine- or mixed forest with a regular network of path. Maximum interval between the heights in the terrain is 30m.
Washing. There is a lake close to the competition centre, and a shower in Mooste on the 1. and the 2. day. On the 3. day there is a shower in the competition centre.
